Directions


From the North

  1. Join the M60 ring road in the direction of Manchester North and East.
  2. Leave the M60 at Junction 24, to join the A57 (signposted Manchester City Centre).
  3. After approximately 4 miles, you approach a roundabout at the junction with the A6.
  4. The Apollo Theatre is on your left with Ardwick Green to your right and a petrol station opposite.
  5. Take the road to your right (last exit from the roundabout) onto Higher Ardwick.
  6. The Spicy Grill Restaurant will be in front of you. As Higher Ardwick bends to the right, take the road to the left of the Spicy Grill, which is Union Street,
  7. Follow Union Street for approximately 100 metres until the entrance to The Works on your left.

From the South

  1. Leave the M6 at Junction 19 and join the A556 (signposted Manchester)
  2. After approximately 4 miles join the M56 at Junction 7 towards Manchester.
  3. At Junction 3, leave the M56 and follow the signs for Manchester along the A5103.
  4. Follow the A5103, Princess Parkway for 5 miles towards central Manchester.
  5. At the outskirts of the City Centre join the A57 (M) Mancunian Way going East towards Piccadilly Station.
  6. After 1 mile, leave the A57 (M) at the junction for Ardwick turning right onto the A6.
  7. Continue along the A6 with Ardwick Green Park on your left. At the first roundabout, with the Apollo Theatre in front of you, take a left onto Higher Ardwick.
  8. The Spicy Grill Restaurant will be in front of you. As Higher Ardwick bends to the right, take the road to the left of the Spicy Grill, which is Union Street,
  9. Follow Union Street for approximately 100 meters until the entrance to The Works on your left.
